People are suffering especially young children with breathing problems, the environment changing before our eyes, there's going to be a big backlash when the public wake up. The trouble is , it's the publics fault, they are lazy and want their cars, we need a bit of time to think of something, tell you what, phone up our crooked politician friend, he'll know what to do, they specialize in deception,
they get away with it all the time.
When their crooked friend arrives they explain what they have been discussing, we know all about it said the politician the trouble is we need the revenue and we have come up with a ingenious plan.
What the public need is a distraction, a diversion from the real problem to give us time to find alternative fuels, they will be just as damaging but the public will think we are on top of the problem, what we decided to do is blame cigarette smoke for the health problems, but said the oil barons, cigarette smoke is as natural in the atmosphere as oxygen! we have been breathing the smoke from grassland and forest fires ever since life on earth began, millions of years ago.
"The public won't fall for it!" leave it to me said the politician. We have a lot of compliant scientists that will do anything to try and justify their wages. We'll get them to experiment on something like DOGS, for example he will have them chain smoking continuously 24/7 'til we get the desired result like lung problems even cancer, something is bound to happen as most people know, if you hit something long enough and hard enough you can end up with the desired result. Brilliant yes! then we will set up an anti-smoking group,

there are millions of neurotic paranoid hypochondriacs out there to chose from; in fact they are almost bancrupting the health service, thats why we need the revenue from the oil products and motor vehicles. We decided to call the group ASH as it is easy to see the link, understand? The group will be led to believe the letters ASH stand for Action on Smoke and Health, by nature they are so gullible they will fall for it!

But as we have to cover ourselves, in case we are discovered, the real meaning is:-

A-anti S-smoking and the letter H-has a hidden message because the group are more than likely to be motorists themselves and part of the problem, it really means HYPOCRITE Clever yes! But what about the environment? you say! to hell with the environment said the politician, we need the money, let the next generation worry about it.

p.s.....The haze you see when you look around is not cigarette smoke it is VEHICLE FUMES! and we are forced to breath it 24/7 even when you think you are safe in bed, think about it Have a pleasant nights sleep HYPOCRITE'S!
